The following is a message from Eric Null, Lake Manager:

Following Governor Larry Hogan’s emergency actions to protect public health during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Deep Creek Lake NRMA office will be closed until further notice.

We will be accepting permit applications via e-mail and permit payment by mail. Staffing will be low in the office and phone calls may take a while to return but staff will be here to answer questions by phone or email.

Docks installation can begin on March 18, 2020 as long as a current Buffer Strip Use Permit has been issued for the installation.
